I do know that humour helps in getting stubborn toddlers to do my bidding, but I am not always in the mood to switch my mode of communication haha

The little years are definitely a slog. The disobey, they bicker, they make messes, and throw up at random times. And the worst part is you can't really get mad at them because when they act out it is often your fault. But...it does get easier. 

My oldest is 10 now and it is worlds better. Hang in there.
