Although inadvertent this does give me an idea for the future as a way to fend off pick copycats. I should just list a couple teams not playing and then change my picks before the submission window closes. 

He's flagrantly breaking the rules. I've caught him trying to do this sort of thing before, although I have no idea how he's planning to benefit from it in this case.
