Shemar hasn't even signed yet and he is a rookie that has tons of upside but needs a lot of development. I wouldn't be counting on him to be a major contributor this year.

Yeah rookie but I thought he could play a big role for Bengals. But now I guess it's over for them.

He will probably sign but it's a distraction and an impairment to his development. He might be the best athlete in the draft but he needs a lot of work and honestly a lot of teams questioned his on field work ethic and desire to play so we will see if he proves them wrong.

First he needs to sign and comeback to the camp. I read good things about him like he was one of the best for Texas and something like that. He's physically capable and young. But I read that he's a menAce on field.
