pull down to refresh

I'm solo parenting for a couple of days, so I got lots of activity and not a lot of sleep. I stuck to my fasting window, but didn't stick to OMAD, and mostly ate healthy stuff.
How'd you do on your ~HealthAndFitness goals stackers?
Good job with all that craziness!
Went into the office today (only go in 5-10 times a year) so a short early morning run, coached soccer and ran a ton there. Won 15-0 and 8 of our 20 kids scored ( both my boys got multiple goals). Ate ok had company picnic left overs. And did my push ups, planks , and pull ups. I’ll take it!

Are you the kind of coach who's constantly running up and down the field?

Solo parenting can be fun if it's not for too long. We get to do things mom typically wouldn't allow us to do. I had a few occasions of those last year, but my kids are bigger, so it's easier to manage.
Pretty chill today. Just work and drove out after dinner to run some errands.
Today's stats:
  • 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
  • 25 minutes of box step with no additional weight
  • cold shower
  • 9931 steps

I finally outstepped @gnilma. Solo parenting for the win!
