he had 14 retweets with 125 views. not gonna lie, that looks like he used bots to boost to me.
i had 10k views, 8 rts, and 34 likes....
you're gonna have to rethink the pure "retweets are all that matters" strategy

100% agree. Rts to views didn't look good for the winner.
I really do appreciate you taking the time to post about SN. I've got a few ideas for different metrics to use in the coming weeks, but I'm open to suggestions, too.

No, I didn't use bots. But I did ask a few friends from my other Twitter circles to like and retweet my post. Isn't that legit to do?

The rules were most retweets and that is what you had. But it does highlight a problem with my metrics: since the goal is to create an incentive to maximally promote SN, I probably need to choose metrics that reward the stacker who gets SN in front of the most people.
I'm curious if you have any suggestions that would help me with this.
