I know they are trying to do a lot, but they're the most jammed up in court by the establishment "resistance".
Ah… but this is one point where Kennedy can do this by himself as head of HHS. It is the head of HHS that has the authority to cancel or declare these EUAs as finished. He hasn’t done it yet. Why hasn’t he done it if it is within his power to do it? Let the lawfare take place but Kennedy can take the steps to declare the EUA as over, can’t he? He should do it ASAP.

I don't know, but my guess is that it's just not been the top priority. He just terminated all of the members of a vaccine committee and they're trying to finish off terminating tens of thousands of employees.

The damage ongoing from the EUA is considerable and, perhaps, even greater than at the same time getting rid of some industry captives. Where are the priorities? Is what Kennedy says different from what Kennedy does? Isn’t the proof of the pudding in the doing?

No doubt the EUA contains really bad stuff, but who's currently enforcing any of it?
If he's shutting down those functions, the EUA is toothless.

No, they manufactured a pile of the stuff for the Department of Defense, who is still dispensing it as their biological warfare countermeasure, in other words the second part of the binary weapon. That is what is allowed to get into people while the EUA is still running.
