I live in a wealthy European country and run a Bitaxe for fun. The sats it mines don’t really impact my life—but then I asked myself:

  • What if those sats could support Bitcoin-related nonprofits in countries with a lower cost of living?
  • And what if more of us did this together?

These questions led to HashImpact: a project that channels hobby mining rewards to grassroots Bitcoin initiatives where they can do the most good.

This is still an early-stage idea, and I’d love your feedback to shape it in the right direction. What do you think?
