They are the same race, actually. Even in demographic statistics kept by those two countries all Asians are lumped together.
You may think that's silly and I may think it's silly, but that's the way it is.

I'm not saying they look the same, but race is a demographic category and for some reason half of humanity was dumped into "Asian".

Asian is not a race but ethnicity (demographic category)
Race has color and a genetic/dna component
Hispanic is a demographic category but it's not a race

Organs aren't matched by race, they are matched based on medical compatibility. While people from the same race may have a better chance of finding a match, there's absolutely nothing stopping an organ donation between races.
