What bitcoin building trends are you most excited about this year?
I've been wanting to dive into LNbits more and understand the capabilities. This is even more motivation now. Thanks!
Cool. What I'm trying to say, and probably not saying very well, is that you can contribute by doing anything that you want to do, and it doesn't have to be permissioned. Just grab it and do it. Like open source software.
- write your own book
- rewrite somebody else's book
- create art for a book that has already been written
- create a website where all of the Bitcoin Storybook Workshop creations can be easily found
- create a youtube channel that just reads the books
- and it doesn't have to necessarily be just books, so Bitcoin Storybook Workshop is probably a bad name that is too narrow. Maybe Bitcoin FOSA Workshop?
What I'm hoping for is some way to easily find and enjoy a growing body of creative work that inspires you to freely contribute to it when you discover it, building momentum as it goes.
Well, assuming the hyperinflationary case, which seems likely, yes 1 btc could be worth trillions of dollars, and then infinite (impossible to buy btc for usd).
But I think you probably mean "in today's dollars." That put's btc at $100M. Assuming btc reserve currency status with 18M unlost btc, that calculates to a global wealth of $1.8 quadrillion. Seems too high. I think global wealth estimates around $500 trillion are more realistic. Which puts btc around $25M?
Noding Goals
- hit a 30day public capacity utilization factor of 4
- hit 2% APY
Coding Goals
- deploy my first web app. Something simple and fun that showcases the power of lightning network. Probably using WebLN. Lot's to learn for this still.
Writing Goals
- turn some of my favorite Bitcoin articles and books into children's books.
