There's a lot of what look like poorly built new builds going up in my area of the UK.
Building companies have been cashing in cramming as many new houses as they can into plots.
If the market crashes in the UK I'm wondering what will happen with all the new housing stock. I suspect much of it will be worthless compared to older properties that are not on pokey little estates.

Yep totally makes sense. Has Rogan said anything about this do you know? I've never heard him once criticise Elon.
I know its early days with Chorus but I transferred 500 sats over lightning onto the app and it was converted to ecash right away so I was impressed and thought 'all good'.
But then after refreshing the app it immediately disappeared. I asked on the cashu group but have had no response.
The more i learn about Elon the more issues come up. For example the gaming stuff where he was apparently using players to get him high rankings in games like Diablo 4.
Thanks for this. I've been trying various approaches too - removing apps from my devices, going on long walks, meditation etc. Well worth the effort to spend time without devices and the internet.
I’ve only used it for about a week but so far it’s been excellent. No ads and you can download vids also.
I'm using an app called Newpipe on CalyxOS which is totally customisable. For example it can only show videos from channels that you are subscribed to which reduces the addictive tendency to mindlessly click on other content.
Rogers sees vaccines as a significant causal factor in autism alongside other environmental factors.
He might be right. The average normie gives you a blank look when you mention sats but most people have heard of bitcoin at this stage, even the boomers.
The question for me is about potential unintended consequences?
The Initiating Impulse by
@mysticinthemoon on X
We live in a time where there is an abundance of conversations and information, however, a very small percentage of that content actually provides a living impulse, or the initiating impulse of the age, that actually produces change and evolution in society.
Here we are, looking at clear issues in our culture, but have yet to overcome our own fascination with the irrelevant, the self indulgent and the immoral. There will be no change, no transparency, nor healing until we, as a society, can correctly identify and support truth. Until we can recognize the impulse of life in ourselves and support its proliferation in the world.
It’s a tricky one. Probably we are all moving in the right direction and gradually putting things in place.
It’s crazy how the totalitarian impulse is still alive in America although I think fighting it’s last.
