I’m a fan. ⚡️👍
Totally agree. But I’d add that with some of the fires we have seen in recent years for example in Maui it feels like there was also an element of intent.
Yeah exactly. I usually need a couple days to recover after a tough jiu jitsu session. It’s more catabolic so I need the recovery time. In the future when I’m fitter I’m hoping to train perhaps 3 times a week in jiu jitsu and the other days tai chi with 1 rest day.
I do jiu jitsu these days for cardio. It’s very intense and builds a huge sweat.
Then as you know I do Tai Chi to relax, stretch and release tension which is a lovely counter balance.
Running is great too but I’ll admit if I have the energy I’ll tend to lift weights rather than run. Or surf….😅
Yeah I thought the same thing regarding Trumps ego. Hopefully it’ll be another flash in the pan and fees will normalise after a while.
Apparently the Biden admin wants to sell the US’s Bitcoin holdings before Trump takes office. Things are about to get interesting! 😄
They take their shit seriously and it pays off for sure. The pic is of Roger Gracie who is a GOAT particularly with the Gi.
That’s great. It’s a fantastic sport for children. I reckon the kids that stay close to the jiu jitsu scene will do well.
Thanks. Yeah it’s me. 😂
Psy op short for ‘psychological operation’. In other words people with power in our world enjoying social engineering or propagating twisted ideologies or untruths through their influence over the media, schooling, politics etc.
False flags and coup d’etat are other examples. Basically anything that deliberately and cynically manipulates the minds of the masses could be considered a psychological operation.
It’s complicated. A lot of people don’t have any consciousness of global political agendas.
They are working long hours and then wondering why they can’t afford anything and getting poorer every year.
Yes Tai Chi builds energy for sure. And I generally find the more I practice the more energy I have for life. And that extra ‘juice’ so to speak I have found useful for jiu jitsu particularly if I can stay mentally calm when rolling and not enter into ‘fight or flight’ .
I haven’t yet ventured into using P2P exchanges however RoboSats is likely to be my starting point. Fascinating post.
