Thanks! Indeed, I don't get how so many Bitcoiners are like 'yeah, sovereignty' whilst simultaneously installing crapware like telegram, facebook etc on their personal tracking devices..
Good luck with the project
Love it all! Except the Telegram part..
Surely Simplex or Nostr or something for notifications that is at least open source and trustworthy, and doesn't require a phone number or shitcoin?
Email, even. Appreciate that this is optional, but still, f*ck Telegram.
Jitsi doesn't require an account (unless you're using their hosted version, in which case you can't blame them as there is a cost to running a server)
post in robosats simplex group, they're normally pretty quick to resolve issues. Thanks for reporting.
say what you like, LN is working for day to day transactions, right now
try it and see
you don't need an optimal route. You just need a functional route.
(nice trolling, looking forward to more of your posts)
Visit Braga, they have 9 places on https://btcmap.org, catching up with Lisbon!
#10 is in the works
And yes, it started with the usual "Do you accept Bitcoin"
And got to the next step with a "Will you sell me this low value item for Bitcoin, so I can show you how it works?"
I saw that - well, Bitrefill normally profits from buying vouchers at a discount, so it's probable that no discount was provided (by the voucher printers) in this case. I've not seen markup fees before, on Bitrefill.
Perhaps if it can be shown that there is demand, a better rate would be negotiated!
