Most of us spend our lives looking outside ourselves. We chase fame, success, power, money, and attention, thinking they’ll bring us peace or happiness. But even after reaching those things, something still feels missing.

That’s because what we’re looking for isn’t out there.

Real peace doesn’t come from a title, a dollar amount, or the approval of others. It comes from going within.

This has been the core message of the Masters (Sant Mat), Saints, and Mystics of our recent past as well as present.

Sant Kirpal Singh said,

“Stillness is the ground for the revelation of the soul. You cannot find God through noise and outward activity. Go within and sit in silence.”

Kabir said,

“I laughed when I found the truth. The fish in the water is thirsty. You wander searching everywhere, but the treasure is within you.”

Tulsi Sahib wrote,

“Without going within, how can you find the Lord? The door to the inner world is inside your own body.”

Guru Nanak taught,

“The Lord is not found in mansions or temples. He dwells within the body. Search within yourself with devotion and love.”

This same message has been spoken again and again by mystics from other traditions.

Jesus said,

“The kingdom of God is within you.”

Rumi wrote,

“You try to find God in books and buildings. Look within your own chest. That is where He lives.”

Yogananda said,

“To be calmly active and actively calm is the secret of true happiness. Meditation opens the door to the joy already hidden inside.”

We don’t need to renounce the world or escape our responsibilities. But if we never look within, we’ll always feel incomplete. No matter how much we achieve or accumulate, it won’t satisfy the longing of the soul.

The path of Sant Mat teaches that within us is a current of light and sound. It connects us to the Source directly. Through stillness and deep meditation, we can follow it back to our true home.

You don’t need anything outside yourself to find peace. You already have what you’re looking for. You just have to look in the right direction.

Sit quietly. Close your eyes. Go within.

That’s where the real journey begins.

One Sat Could Be Worth More Than a National Currency

It’s honestly staggering to think about, but we’re getting to a point where even one satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin, could end up being more valuable than entire national currencies. Not theoretically. In real purchasing power.

Right now, 1 sat is worth about ₦1.50. That might not sound like much, but in Nigeria, ₦1,000 still buys you a decent meal, a couple of bus rides, or some phone credit. And if Bitcoin ever hits $10 million, that same sat would be worth ₦160. That’s enough to actually buy something meaningful, especially in countries where the currency is getting shredded by inflation.
Look at Zimbabwe. Their local currency has collapsed so many times that most people don’t even bother with it anymore. They use USD, mobile money, or whatever else holds value that week. The Zimbabwean dollar is basically finished. And the naira is still here, but just barely. Inflation is spiraling, trust is evaporating, and the central bank keeps making the situation worse.

Now think about that. A digital fraction of a digital coin, just 1 sat, could soon be worth more than the money entire countries depend on. That’s not some far-off future. That’s just what happens when trust in fiat dies and people start looking for something that actually holds its value.
One sat might not seem like much right now. But in the future, it could buy someone in Zimbabwe a full meal while entire stacks of paper currency can’t even buy a loaf of bread. That’s how powerful this shift really is.

Changing are Thinking Patterns: 1 Sat = $1

Hey we are all just learning and growing. And as much as you like to think in bitcoin terms, people still use fiat and in their mind equate bitcoin in fiat terms when the price goes up even at a very subtle level. Why would there even be price predictions if we all know that 1 BTC = 1 BTC. Let's just take the price off the exactly entirely. I tried to make sense of it by writing $1 = 1 sat vs 1 sat = $1 and you still seem to judge.

TCM focuses on balancing Qi (energy) and the Yin-Yang dynamic, using herbs, acupuncture, and diet to address imbalances. Beyond healing, the Chinese also used natural ingredients for beauty like green tea for detoxifying, pearl powder for glowing skin, and rice water to hydrate and brighten.

In India, Ayurveda, which has been practiced for over 5,000 years, takes a holistic approach to health. It’s all about balancing the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) through diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. Ayurvedic texts detail the benefits of herbs like turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties, neem for clear skin, and sandalwood for soothing and beautifying. These ingredients were often used in oils, masks, and baths to nourish the skin and promote overall well-being.

During medieval times in Europe, monks kept herbal traditions alive by growing and studying plants in their gardens. Figures like Hildegard von Bingen wrote extensively about plant-based remedies, preserving that knowledge for future generations.

Even with the rise of modern medicine during the Industrial Revolution, interest in herbs never truly disappeared. The 20th century brought scientific research that validated the benefits of plants like turmeric, ginger, and echinacea for their ability to fight inflammation, boost the immune system, and improve overall health. Today, natural remedies and skincare products have made a major comeback, combining ancient wisdom with modern science to offer effective, eco-friendly options for wellness.

Herbal medicine has always been a part of human history, growing and evolving with different cultures over time.
