I work at a prototypeing company working mostly in the automotive space. Our customers are big OEM's like BMW, Porsche, Audi etc. Its hard to convince these customers. So i think about something that you can do in your company internally.
Hello.
I noticed you commented on my post about NSFL content on SN.
So i clicked on your account and read your bio and the story about your first case as a lawyer.
Maybe you can answer me a question about gambling i posted a while ago.
Its about the idea to make something like a btc raffle and don't want to get in trouble for setting something like this up.
Maybe you know if there is a way to set something like this up without getting a special license. Also its on the internet and could be played world wide. So who makes the rules?
Where can i find reliable information about something like that?
Have a nice day.
Best greetings from Germany
I want to tell you that because one of my favorite memeboards got sued over that and they where forced to implement identification if you as a user want to see content like that. This is a german memeboard. I don't know if the same ruels apply to you.
The text discusses the growing concern over whether ideologies like "Social Justice," "Critical Social Justice," or "Woke" should be considered a religion. It highlights the rapid infiltration of these ideologies into public institutions, especially schools, and calls for a serious legal inquiry. The author argues that recognizing Critical Social Justice as a religious worldview could invoke First Amendment protections, emphasizing the need to safeguard against its imposition in public education. The piece raises concerns about the potential for this ideology to become a de facto state religion, violating constitutional protections. The author contends that the contents of the Critical Social Justice worldview should be protected as matters of private conscience and limited accordingly, invoking the Free-exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment.

I also think so. The "game" is almoste done but i dont no how i implement / connect it in a save way to wallets so it can not be rigged. I dont want to have legal issues for setting something like this up. If there is money involved the scum shows up pretty quickly. Could be the state or criminals.

I mean that seriously.
Its not about big money or something. Could be fun for a small community. People would stay more engaded on a platform like this. Its for fun but it needs something that you can win. I thougt about 1.5k sats or semething like this to participate. Could be played over one week befor it restarts.
Like trade is intended to be 😅
You need a network of people who are willing to do that then it works. Like black market economy
Why would you disconnect your actual "you" from your work.
In some cases this seems reasonable. Like Satoshi. I think in his case it makes sense to the decentralization aspect.
It depends. if it enhances the result, the thing you want to achive with your work, then you should remove your person.
In my opinion you should stand for what you create. The good sruff, the bad stuff and the silly stuff.
Why? Because you personally grow form that.
The best storys you can tell are the ones where you proudly tell how miserable you failed and what you have learned from that.
We also ignored the mandates as much as possible. Our whole friendgroup met as usal.
Some of us faked the vaccine card or tests.
