Ceramic water filter used to be pretty common in Brazil when I was younger (I don't see many nowadays). If you ever come across one of those definitely try it out (it gives water a very "earthish" taste).

subscribe-by-email - you can already do that, just add js code of one the ConvertKit/mailchimp/etc services and collect emails of the visitors (will need a nostr-to-email bridge of some sort to deliver updates to subscribers)
