Yes. But competition is good.
In spot checking the cost for one country, using The Bitcoin Company was a couple percent cheaper, after accounting for the reward on both platforms.
But then also, Bitrefill does let you do airtime top up/refill for amounts as low as ~$0.10, whereas The Bitcoin Company has a minimum amount of $1.
