Notifications on Accounts Created with LNURL Auth

Thank you I used this spec to successfully implement LNURL Auth. But I cannot find infos on how to send notifications to registered users wallets.

I am looking for resources on how to implement LNURL notifications for accounts created with LNURL Auth. 

If you have any knowledge or resources on this topic, I would greatly appreciate you pointing me into the right direction ⚡
