This is a big release, with tons of new stuff and bug fixes. 

Initially a Rust library, we're working hard to port the Bitcoin Dev Kit to other languages using language bindings. The language bindings libraries can be thought of as sister libraries that expose _part_ of the API of the full-featured Rust Bitcoin Dev Kit. And they're shaping up nicely; we now offer a wide range of features for wallet developers on Android, the JVM, Swift/iOS, and Python.
