At this point CTV feels like the best option we have to enable people can remain non-custodial in high fee environments.

**All other options either:**
1. Don't scale (because onboarding involves paying the high L1 fee)
2. Multi-sig (that can be rugged or targeted by state actors)
3. Add limited scalability that don't really solve the problem

**So I have some questions any of you are welcome to give your thoughts on.**
a. Who is standing in the way of CTV (BIP119) 
b. Why should we not do this?
c. What are the risks that make it not worth adding into Bitcoin?
