There viewers pay to watch the videos.

Creators can have the videos automatically upload into BitWatch when they load to Youtube

Viewers pay 1 cent per view or comment
These viewers typically also share 

Currently the  breakdown is approximately this:
10% of the viewers on Youtube go to BitWatch.TV.
5% sign up
1% pay
They tip, comment & share
The creator earns 1.82x the YouTube revenue
Pure additional revenue  

No work from the creator other can posting the link under the YouTube video and asking for support.
