Yeah, i thought section 7 and and 17 were particularly weak. Overall it's always good to hold someone accountable for clearly false things like Section 4.
Walker’s book has likely wasted thousands of hours of life and worsened the health of people who read it and took its recommendations at face value (Section 7).
I disagree with this speculation. My own speculation is that it caused many people to examine their own sleep schedule for the first time and consider improving it.
