Another week, another lazybones.

This week I gave zero fucks.

Some weeks the 100-pushups + Judo (#851054) + Yoga + hikes (#979458) really motivate me ("omg, I really gotta do some pushups... can't have a low number for the day, will really drag down my average").
Other weeks, like this one, nothing matters. Sleep schedule is all messed up (I blame the light; 24h daylight confuses the body... not getting sleep signals fr environment), and excellent weather means I just wanna be outside in the sun all the time, not inside in a gym or dojo or yoga mat.
Sunday: 50 (of which 15 wide-armed). Crazy hand-stand play at studio, so wrists pretty sore Monday 15 no workouts Tuesday 65 skipped Judo, but went on a crazy long hike up the mountain (800m elevation), round-trip like 6hrs (took my time, sitting around, eating some snacks, admiring nature. #979458 Wednesday 20 Thursday: 106 and 1 Chris Heria (also, I finished those 100-pushup with a single set of 28, which is a new record! Friday: 10 ...downside (yes, I hear Peter Attia giving me shit) of overexerting and doing a deeper set than I ever had? I definitely did some shit to my left deltoid, and now pushups hurt (bad pain, not good pain). I'm an iiiiidiot
Daily average? Um... 44. Whatevs.
It almost looks pathetic looking at the numbers now... what, 15 pushups takes you ~25 seconds... at no point during the day, could I have mustered up the time and effort to crank out another 85, or even 50...? ridic.
At least @realBitcoinDog is doing excellent.

Have you entertained the idea that being outside in the Sun might just be healthier than being inside in a gym?
Also, how can the endless daylight bother you? I thought you were a Nord.
