Friend @DarthCoin, you know that your guides have been very valuable to us—they're included in our community's pinned messages. For now, we have a certain degree of freedom, or at least they aren’t interfering with our work. We have a place to hold our monthly meetups, and now we want to make them twice a month. For businesses, we go in person to talk to merchants. It’s easier to show what Bitcoin is than to explain what Bitcoin is. So we follow some of your advice: We arrive, set up the LNbits QR from CubaBitcoin, create a Lightning wallet for them, send them 21 sats, and they immediately see how Bitcoin works. If they're interested, we later help them set up BTCPay Server or Zeus via LNDHub, add the Zeus POS, and that’s it. The LNbits POS isn’t very visually appealing, and initially, they’d have to pay 1,000 sats, so we prefer Zeus or BTCPay.
That’s how we’re working. They don’t fully align with Bitcoin’s philosophy, but their masters—the BRICS—use Bitcoin for some things, so they aren’t attacking us for now.
at least they aren’t interfering with our work.
That is a very good thing !
initially, they’d have to pay 1,000 sats,
Why that? Is a fee charged by the LNbits bank runner or what? Or you are referring to the physical POS ?

" Why that? Is a fee charged by the LNbits bank runner or what? Or you are referring to the physical POS ?"
It's a fee for installing the POS extension in Lnbits. It must be a fee, which isn't entirely bad, but honestly, LNbits' POS isn't very impressive. Besides, with Zeus, we're gradually guiding them toward considering their own node and getting familiar with the app. LNDHub isn't the same as an embedded node, but they already have the app, which even includes Cashu once your node is synchronized.

Wait what?! I have installed Lnbits many times and never had to pay for that extension. Maybe the Lnbits admin instance make it payable for you, because you are using his instance and node, but the extension is free (if you run your own instance).

Yes, that's correct. This extension is included as a paid feature for the service provided. As I mentioned, it's not much, but in reality, with BTCPay—an instance that the community also has its own of, which is completely free—and the Zeus POS, there's no need to pay for the POS service in LNbits.
