This is what we need more of! Especially in Australia (probably Canada too).

Houses don't need to cost as much as they do. A 45% reduction in cost is just the start IMO. Over time through 3D printing tech and better understanding on Bitcoin as a better SoV, we can get most housing back to it's real use case.
