Yeah you can have fun generating funky addresses like that in Bitcoin. But you have to brute-force it until you find the pattern you want, without compromising your security at all.
For example Bitmex deposit addresses are starting with 3BMEX...

I don't think this address has been brute-forced like that. From what I can tell no-one has (or can get) access to private key for this address.

Ah yeah you are right. I don't know much about Stacks but since it's a proof of burn this would make sense.
Why would anyone burn their Bitcoin to use a premined chain though lol
