To me it's the casteism. Yeah it's basically inherent to India's culture. However the modern world doesn't need them. Similarly the religions which are all almost always a bone of contention, but our freaking society ignores them completely for the good cause.
Society don't understand that the evolution of castes/religion was the demand of those times and places. These have no place in a world which has no boundaries for cultural exchanges.

The general acquiesce to invasions of privacy.
For example, people don’t seem to bat an eye at ridiculous things like a barbershop where you can’t get a haircut without giving them your phone number.

The tech industry presumption that my data belongs in the hands of a multitude of tech companies and that it’s totally normal for them to monetize that data without my informed consent, without compensation, and without knowing what my data is being used for.
