Man, 2019 was the last one, and you won't believe it, same injury, same foot! I'm telling you, apart from the bad luck, I've been seriously lucky with how light the injuries have been. The way they were, they could've been proper bad. So, no chance I'm hanging up my helmet just yet!

lol the foot is praying for you to stop killing it. Jokes aside, the best thing you can do for your recovery, mentally wise, is to not stop riding a motorbike. Seems absurd but this way you don't create a trauma. So keep on riding but be safe!
