I'm always surprised by how many people are open to turning to pharmacological solutions to their problems. For me, turning to substances of any kind, even mild painkillers, is always a last resort.

Jack Kruse mentioned that melatonin thins the retina. if this is true, the later-order effects are incalculable... i am worried about the resulting retinal blindness and especially the proposed fiat solutions.

i imagine there is also negative feedback on the pineal gland, from where melatonin is released. so, not only there is resulting retinal blindness, but also spiritual blindness, since the pineal gland is the seat of the soul, mediating the cerebral hemispheres into balance. this practice is very evil, if u think about it, under a guise of convenience as usual.
