More children are taking the hormone in the form of nightly gummies or drops.
Two years ago, at a Stop & Shop in Rhode Island, the Danish neuroscientist and physician Henriette Edemann-Callesen visited an aisle stocked with sleep aids containing melatonin. She looked around in amazement. Then she took out her phone and snapped a photo to send to colleagues back home.
“It was really pretty astonishing,” she recalled recently.
I'm always surprised by how many people are open to turning to pharmacological solutions to their problems. For me, turning to substances of any kind, even mild painkillers, is always a last resort.

Jack Kruse mentioned that melatonin thins the retina. if this is true, the later-order effects are incalculable... i am worried about the resulting retinal blindness and especially the proposed fiat solutions.

i imagine there is also negative feedback on the pineal gland, from where melatonin is released. so, not only there is resulting retinal blindness, but also spiritual blindness, since the pineal gland is the seat of the soul, mediating the cerebral hemispheres into balance. this practice is very evil, if u think about it, under a guise of convenience as usual.
