I'd guess it's an existing miner that decided to just spin up their own pool. Pretty awesome. I'd love to see more miners do this.

I'm always so tempted to plug a miner into our hospital... I wonder if this is something you could do just when you're at work (and unplug and take with you when you leave) to decrease your chances of getting caught...

It’s probably the network activity that would be a risk of getting caught more than physically having the device there, I suspect
