We really need that scaling huh?

This means we still have plenty of time to build scaling solutions that respect self-custodial use of Bitcoin.

Meanwhile to the Bitcoin newbies especially: let’s go interact on-chain, learn how wallets, transactions etc. work and stop buying those ETFs.

And start consolidating those utxos!

Hoy much do u think is the minimum utxo? What would you recommend?

reply

I tend to batch into 1 million sats, but it all depends on your situation. Good to have different groupings of UTXO sizes.

@DarthCoin has created fantastic guides on this stuff, highly recommend checking it out!

Bitcoin dead again

reply

Well, I can't say this is healthy for bitcoin

I mean... 'we need scaling' isn't so obvious. There's clearly a lot of room for transactional demand to grow.

On the other hand, most transactions shouldn't be on-chain... that's where lightning comes in for quick cheap transactions.

As a daily 'bitcoin user' I rarely touch on-chain, it's all Lightning.

We need more daily users and in my opinion, most of all more education.

1 sat/vB is expensive now. Can we go negative a receive sats to make transactions 😅?

just paper bitcoin being moved with all these numbers im assuming since Strategy bought 22k btc all held on coinbase (paper bitcoin)

reply

I don't have 'paper Bitcoin' and paper Bitcoin doesn't open Lightning channels.

Where is everyone?

Well hope this picks up before the block subsidy runs out…

it would make sense... that to move a billion $ of Bitcoin 25 cents wouldn't be too much to ask ;)

Dead chain it’s all over
