It's not standard jargon, just slightly different surveys using different names.

I guess they are trying to cashing in on human anxiety for negativity. The same things are repeated with a slight variation over and over.

Not necessarily. When the numbers are high, they still report them. They're just trying to give intuitive names to describe the sentiments they're asking about.
