You keep using the exception.. not sure its the best example.. Either way, we have both milk and nut sap at home.. calling it milk is a marketing strategy that doesn’t benefit vegans.. thats why my comment. end of the day you can call it however you want if words have few meaning to you
Why do you call it "nut sap", if you care so much about what words mean? None of these are saps and some are not nuts.

Definitely nut sap is way more precise when definition of milk involves female mammals..

It's way less precise, when the definition of milk includes "the liquid made from some plants and trees or their nuts, etc."
Those plant milks are definitionally milks. They are not, however, saps.

Ahhh, neologisms exist definitely. I guess some people believe all they read just because someone with relative importance says so.. Its ok Simon. You can use marketing fueled words as you like.
