This week, I got a bit behind on preparing my weekly meal preps due to the holiday in my country—it’s Carnival!
Well, I don’t celebrate this holiday for personal reasons, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying the days off. Since I didn’t need to prepare meals in advance during the break, I took the time off. However, starting tomorrow until Saturday, I’ll need them, so today was meal prep day.
I’m staying committed to my goal of losing 1 kilo per week. Last week, my weigh-in wasn’t as good as I expected, and I suspect my scale might not be very accurate, so I got a new one. That didn’t discourage me, and I’m sticking to my diet, aiming to reach the 90-kilo range.
