Previous Lazybones workout reports
Sunday: 30 pushups—15 + 15 wide. Plus taught yoga at studio and did some handstands/arm balances play afterwards. (Bad weather, so no sea swimming! #873759)
Monday: 50 pushups—3x10 regs, 5 knuckles, 5 fingertips + 2x5 fingertips. Then (pretty mediocre) gym session with shoulders, pull-ups and some weights.
Tuesday: 0 pushups (tha fuck?!) but did go to Judo (#851054) in the evening.
Wednesday: 15 pushups, + attended a soft hatha yoga session at the studio. (Not much in terms of physical workout, but spiritual/mental health is important as well!).
Thursday: 6x10 regular + 10 pushups on parallettes
Friday: 2x10 regular + 10 wide-arms.
So yeah, a severe deficit in the pushup department, and skipped gym/exercise session about twice.
