As sellers we must certainly have the capacity and mental strength in all aspects.
And that is why on this occasion we will address the issue from the point of view of those sellers who work or are hired by a company...
Yes, those who the "Boss" calls them to complain because they have not sold the million that he asked them to sell this month.
In the business field it is different because the sellers are fighting for someone else's dream and not their own!!
Something that I consider quite regrettable personally is that I stopped working for someone else's dream and I have been trying to work and perfect my own dream for some time and since I discovered the

I feel even more motivated and my idea that it can be done has become much more tangible and possible to achieve.
And it is true that companies have one objective and the people who work in them have others. Normally they are aligned, but sometimes they do not coincide completely.
Exactly the same as in a herd of wildebeest.
Let me explain…
The wildebeest go in groups to protect themselves from predators. They adapt to the pace of the slowest so as not to leave it behind and so that it has a better chance of surviving.
Now, when a hungry lion comes and starts chasing the group…
... the herd changes strategy.
Everyone is running like hell. And, well, I imagine you already know which wildebeest has just been snacking on for the lions.
It's pure survival. It's something to keep in mind.
Your company can try to do everything in its power to get you to sell. But if a lion comes (call it a crisis, lack of results, ERTE, whatever), they will have no qualms about getting rid of the slowest wildebeest.
And so simply you will be left hanging with the
supposed liquidation that will slip through your fingers like water..
How should you deal with that?
Because it's possible that you have an endless number of ideas or things that you could undertake or sell but to be honest, that liquidation that they have given you will not be enough for anything!!!
As I was saying, changes in life must be faced directly and with strength of thought!!
Countless successful businesses emerged from failure and from someone who did not give up and tried again.
The time is now, you must try it yourself!!
To sell you only need a smile 🤠 and determination that you will succeed.
