For me
Health == Happiness
Means if you're healthy, you're happy.
If you're not happy, you're depressed, sad, mentally sick....
It's also vice versa.
Happiness == Health
If you're happy, you're healthy, you're fit, you're energetic.....
But, the problem is that most people either misunderstand happiness or health or misinterpret both.
People act in a way that makes it seem like happiness and health are found in material things and the ego boosts you get off showing your material things to other people.
A nice car? "That’s so cool!"
Muscular body? "You're fit and healthy"
A cool trip? "OMG! I wish I was there!"
A picture with your nice looking partner? "Wow, you must be so happy."
We see these things and we think “Everything is perfect for them, and for me life sucks.”
Therefore, I am unhappy and unhealthy too...
I'm curious to know your views, please add to:
....the best way to live a happy and healthy life according to me is.....
Select the right partner
What if the right is not right? ;)
I mean what is right according to you then?
This is THE most subjective question isn't it? I know about the wrong ones, which is how I know this must be the answer. 🤣
😂 Open up on the "wrong un" please?
🤣
Second!
Happy wife, happy life.
Happy and healthy wife!!
Phrases become cliche for a reason!
The third one is that a wife should be healthy. 🤣
I feel like I'm always happier when I'm working towards something.
That means you don't enjoy being idle or doing nothing. It also means you can easily be frustrated or become unhappy about if you have nothing to do.
Also, are you healthier this way?
Smoke blunts everyday
What do you mean?
That’s just what I do the good ole Mary Jane daily keep me happy
No one can say: "I lead a happy life" or "I lead an unhappy life". We experience both happy and unhappy moments throughout our lives. Our personal efforts should be focused on creating as many happy moments as possible. But you can't completely avoid unhappy moments. So there can't be one "happy life". There can only be many happy moments throughout life. The same applies to a healthy life and an unhealthy life. It is impossible to go through life without moments of weakness or periods of unhealthy living, but the effort should still focus on minimizing those unhealthy phases as much as possible.
Happy or unhappy.
That's a tough one. A happy life is an ideal one, and living a healthy life is a choice.
Isn't it correct that your choices in life are what impact your emotions and happiness is one of them?
