Serj has some of the most distinctive vocals, he's such a technically excellent vocalist and a brilliant song writer.

He's certainly got particular tone to his vocals.
For some reason this song pops in my head a lot. Likely becsuse the first time I heard it was watching the video. The nods to 9/11, the kids playing, a metaphor for war, I dunno, something about it still strikes me after growing up during all that shit.
