I dunno if it helps but there is [BIP 46: Address Scheme for Timelocked Fidelity Bonds](https://bips.dev/46/). Does it address your question or provide the information you were looking for?

Hi i wanted to see if there is anyone in this community that understands about timelocked transactions. Thinking about how this feature could be built into a forked version of Blue wallet (open source code).
The only place i have found is https://coinb.in/#newTimeLocked but the code has not been updated for many years.
