I obviously have a very strong feeling about personal health and wellness. I will personally continue using this territory, and hope that it becomes a place where stackers can come to learn more, or share their own fitness journeys.

I will happily help anyone out who needs any advice on dieting or strength training, both of which are highly customizable depending on personal goals.
