I tend to focus on dividend growth stocks, dividend indexes, and bitcoin. I did covered-calls for a little bit, but took too much time and effort. Very conservative. What’s everyone else doing? Are you meme-stonkers? Only bitcoiners? Options?

I'm so happy with Bitcoin's CAGR the investment/saving side of the equation isn't my concern, sure I focus on ensuring I secure those funds properly constantly check that, consolidate my coins, and maintain opsec but that's about it
My primary focus is on myself and my business, how can I best monetise my time and efforts to increase cash flow while keeping expenses down

In light of the post "I am rich and have no idea what to do," I think investing in the people and orgs around me deserves another look for 2025.

401k match, the rest in bitcoin. I'd probably stop 401k contributions and go all in in bitcoin, but my wife isn't 100% on board and I'd rather have less bitcoin and a wife than vice versa.

Bitcoin and 401k. I don't think people give enough consideration to workplace 401k's because I mean you make decent profit on every contribution if your employer matches

Honestly, do you think dividends will EVER outperform Bitcoin? Why bother putting your money on anything else when you already have the best form of money (or as you guys like to call it 'investment'), bitcoin. Think deeply about that.

I see what you are saying. And I've thought about it. Maybe I'm just not as much of a mad lad as I should be. But, I dividend stocks are a way to generate passive income. Albeit, a slow way. When stonks crash and bitcoin soars, I'm sure I'll wish I had done different. But, if things keep sort of inflating in general, and life continues sort of like it has, I'll be content.

bro... THINK.
you are getting what, 3% per year? that's actually less than the % inflation, you are actually losing wealth, even if the number is going up your purchasing power is decreasing.
Bitcoin meanwhile is having 3-digits % increases every year, not to mention it's unconfiscatable and no TAX...
THINK!

Get a copy of The Bitcoin Standard book, you could even torrent it and read the ebook on your phone(the author is okey with that). Before you understand bitcoin you have to understand 'MONEY'. It will all click.
Even if Bitcoin didn't exist, ALL dividend stocks pay less % than the actual % of inflation. You are bleeding wealth, time and energy.
I'm just trying to help you.

i'm just poiting out the obvious, it makes no sense holding inferior forms of money/investments
if you are still into stocks and dividends, it means you still haven't studied(or understood) bitcoin.
