With another win, the Silver and Black slide further down the draft board. Are the hopes of landing a top QB dashed?

Jalen Milroe was still available at 39, so even if Sanders is unrealistic at 8th, we might be able to get our QB in the 2nd round. DE isn't really a major need, but a 2nd round graded edge rusher falling into the third is a nice pick up.

No one jumped out as the obvious choice for the final pick, so I took a 2nd WR named Jaylin. If nothing else, that's sort of fun.

I'd be very happy if they could pull off this draft.

Sanders at 8? I would have tossed that out and started again. The only way this occurs is if some potentially career altering injury is discovered by teams or if he does something colossally stupid in his private life to make teams question taking him. He could get drunk on NYE and dance on top of a police car and still get picked before 8. He might even be able to assault the cop in the car and still get picked before 8.

I don't know. Maybe the simulator is accounting for Deion's behind the scenes action. It's not my job to correct the simulator.

Was it one of the ones that lets you crank up randomness. I did one draft where both Sanders and Ward were still available when the 49ers picked. I thought this is bunk.

Traded back from 13 to 17, also gave up our 2nd 7th round pick and got a 2nd, 4th and 7th. Really like the haul I was able to get with a couple extra picks.
