Why not 100% transparency? Who knows, it may be handy to test the validity of tests.

Why would they ever do this? They own the FED. They can tell the FED what to do and how to do it. Oooops….I forgot that it was the New York City banks that have the largest sway with the FED. They must want less transparency and more little banks failing so they can eat them up. The whole bankster game is rigged. It’s a big club and they aren’t in it.
