Since you asked for drinks with fewer ingredients and this is one of the most special holiday drinks I know, here it is! A winter drink!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Cognac (I preffer Pierre Ferrand)
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions:
Shake with one large and two smaller ice cubes and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora class with a fine mash strainer. Notmeg for garnish on top.
