Olas is a new @Pablof7z__'s web app that, inspired by the success of the gram, provides a great interface for browsing photos from nostr relays. You can check the current state on https://Olas.app/
Here below some design options, with black and white variations, to see how the logo works on light/dark backgrounds. Looking for feedback and suggestions to define which is the most suitable.
Which one do you prefer? Why? Any other ideas you'd like to share and see on screen?

I like 1B for the following reasons: Clear typography. Stylish. Yellow is the usual colour that goes with Bitcoin. Would it be possible to have yellow logo for the dark theme as well? Why is the hand blue in the dark theme?

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I did try yellow on dark, and it melt with the white too much because the lack of contract between the two colors.

Isn't orange?

You are right. It is indeed orange. What I meant was the bitcoin symbol in many images is shown in yellow colour.

Do you have any example?

Right, make more sense, yellow... goldish! Now that I think about it, the Bitcoin first logo was in gold too.

I'd stick with any of the IG color fade variants.

Why did you choose the hang loose as the icon?
I'm not sure what's the idea behind the word "olas", in Portuguese it means "hello" in the plural.
From the options I like the 2X variations, not sure about the color pallet but the font looks better IMO.

What do you mean? Could be without the icon?
Olas in spanish mean "wave", and the idea come from the common emoji used in the nostr space is the 🤙 . It's related to surf, freedom, balance...
I forgot that in portuguese, olas means "hello"! Definitely aligned with the whole idea :)
Thanks for your suggestion

1A first picture
The text needs to be horizontally aligned, it looks diagonal off by some pixels
