Ayahuasca is the path to the dark side.

reply

It's a way to explore our darkness for sure. Why do you say it's a path to the dark side?

reply

Drugs are for losers.

reply

That seems like a very broad brush you're painting with. How do you define "drugs" in that statement?

reply

If you don't know what drugs are then you are an idiot.

reply

You're right. So how are you defining the word? Are you talking about all substances with a physiological effect when introduced to the body?Aspirin is a drug, is aspirin for losers?

reply

I think this js a really important point. I am probably on one end of the spectrum when it comes to beliefs on "drugs". I don't trust the little white ones that strange men in white coats give out, that cover up symptoms instead of addressing them . And to me anything we consume that alters our experience could be considered a "drug". Here's an interesting post about this topic. #784097

Can you be more obtuse?

reply

Can you actually answer the question?

Idiots believe lies they are told instead of thinking for themselves. Do you have an actual answer for this question? I will share this post about drugs vs medicine. But you probably won't read it. Because you already know what drugs are, right? Because D.A.R.E. already told you apparently.

An interesting thread Dave, thanks for sharing. I don't think @ObiJuanCoinobi will read it though.

reply

I'm sure he won't. Many people don't like considering new information and perspectives. I am pretty sure this account belongs to another more established stacker user. Smells funny.

Damn. D.A.R.E. did a number on you, huh? 😂

reply

If anything, D.A.R.E. made me WANT to use drugs.

reply

Not at all. I was a drug user for over 30 years. Finally quit 5 months ago.

reply

I've read good and bad stories. It does change many people

reply

It's all about intention. We always get what we ask for.

For anyone curious about Ayahuasca, I did an AMA a while back on my experience with it. I have worked extensively with Aya in medicinal settings both in the states and in Peru. I am always happy to answer more questions. #495922
