Your post says you charge zero fees at 21k locations turning bitcoin into cash. I ask how do you make money if you don’t charge fees. You say we offer other services. I say like what. You say we offer buying bitcoin through our atm network(which according to the original post has zero fees). You sound sketchy. Do you have an answer to the question “how do you make money and/or fund your operation?”
We appreciate your honest feedback and we've updated the bio to be more clear. When it comes to our profits we make money through buy fees on our app and ATM's. There are no fees for selling and we are non-custodial. The reason for the zero fees on selling is that we currently have a lot more people who buy bitcoin than sell bitcoin so waiving the fee is a way to balance that out and create a good experience for our users.
