I've even translated the bitcoin standard to my native language in the hopes of my parents reading it (in retrospect the choice of book was not great for that purpose) but the endeavor was unsuccessful. But it was more approached from "try to understand what I've dedicated my life to and why, instead of trying to convince them to invest first.
Financially I obviously regret not pushing them towards it more but I don't think you can really put any meaningful amount of your savings in bitcoin without at least understanding it a bit when you're that far towards the later stage in your life.
He's never said anything about it really except recently. He doesn't really talk about much but cars, stocks, and up until recently, when/how he plans to retire.
I picked zero. I feel like my son is somewhat orange pilled but I don't think that counts. He is about the same age as Bitcoin and he has been listening to me talk about half of his life.

My dad is finally interested where before he was certain I was nuts. He still hasn't taken the orange pill.
He just retired at 66 so I'm going to start sending him documentaries, hoping that'll get him far enough along that I can start sending him podcasts.
Too much sending... send him sats. :-)
He won't value them until he understands bitcoin and I can't trust him not to lose them.
What was the worst thing your dad ever said about BTC?
Now that is the reason I've never even mentioned it hahaha!
Might do so if we soar to 500k though ;-)

Your dad’s a classic 'silent strategist' type. But kudos to him for not dismissing it outright
I've convinced 5 or 6 family members to buy some SATs but I don't think they have study or understood what BTC is about.
The only part they know about it, is as investment asset. But Bitcoin is way more than that
I think they are all starting to get it now that the price is sitting at $100K.
I lost my family in a boating accident 😂😂😂
My dad and my cousin are the two by me.
Tried on lot of other people but didn't work for reasons only those people knew.
I think I'm good at it.
I've orange pilled 5 of them.
Our dog only...
Oh well, if I survive the next couple of decades there will be some mechanism to pass on what is not deserved I guess!
Wife is at least getting the idea of gold now, so maybe that is a first step out of the fiat & consumption trap...
I must confess that I could only orange pill only one.

My dad is putting money in.
