I live in a country with free healthcare. (in fact, this is my second country with it and the first one is the same story). So, just to let know to all of you who live in a country where you don't have it and you think you are missing a good thing. you don't.

Yea it sounds ideal, but then reality hits in the implementation.

Yes, it is not very good. Everyone goes in for a simple cold. Old people bog down the system.

I am a migrant and the care here in Peru is supposedly free... but the truth is that it is not of good quality... and the clinics here are quite expensive...
