Nick Neuman recently got a call from someone pretending to be Coinbase support, but Nick knew better and called him out on the scheme.
The scammer was surprisingly willing to talk and shared how he operates behind the scenes. Hear his confession in this recorded conversation.
Recording these criminals is a great. High value.

You heard also the ones from Junseth? Are really good catches and reveal a lot about these scammers. https://podcastrepublic.net/podcast/1252797437
These recordings indeed are a great resource, especially for noobs to take notes and not get caught so easily in these traps.

So many people get scammed. IMO the only solution is education and diligence. It blows my mind how gullible people can be.
reply
Right. And calling out scams and manipulations too. No wonder I have so many haters 😂😂😂 they do not like when I call out scams. My bullshit-meter is very well trained.
reply
Exactly. That one was great.

One of the things I have noticed about these criminals is that they justify their crimes by using classic progressive / egalitarian / socialist propaganda about the in-equality in the world.
I have suspected this as a consequence of Marxists ideology for a long time. I think that poison is responsible for countless criminal acts and vandalism. I can't prove that but it makes logical sense. I have spent time in many parts of the US and lived in several regions and anecdotally it seems like areas with more of a Marxist influence have more crime and vandalism.
Of course its not like I can blame this all on Marxism but it would be an interesting thing to study.

Stealing people's money over the phone, by 'tricking' them to enter a seedphrase on a website...
That's not marxism, it's just straight-up crime. These people belong in jail.

Of course it is crime. I was talking about the moral justification.
reply
The whole thing start with MORALITY. People nowadays do not have morality. They do not know what is right and wrong. And from (not having) morality comes everything later: statism, slavery, ass kissing, obedience, sheepism etc.

I'm probably being too much of a skeptic but it sure is lucky for casa the scammer mentions their number one competitor in a negative way. Either way these calls are entertaining.
