From Waco to Gaza, former President Bill Clinton justifies massacres of children, as John Weeks explains.
"The demonic entity that the propaganda portrayed the Christians of Mount Carmel as was pure fantasy. But decades later, the demon has slithered onto the world stage for real. That demon is Israel, and just like the fantasy version, the real demon was Made in America™."
Damn right. This is a controversial opinion among Maga and others on the right. I don't understand the blind spot.

A good portion of it is propaganda paid for by Israeli lobby. Another issue is Zionist Christians that have a very odd interpretation of the Bible in relation to Israel. I've encountered it my entire life. The good news is that few really understand it and just parrot talking points. Many years ago I innocently asked questions about it and found most Christians don't really get it. They just have been taught this view. The younger generations are not as apt to fall for it.

It seems highly generational. Your contemporaries seem to be vociferously pro-Israel, no matter what Israel is found to be doing.
Obviously, I'm talking about the Israeli government, for any midwit who might need that clarification.
reply
You're right. I respect keeping an open mind and I'm willing to listen, but discussion isn't permitted.

The US has repeatedly used its veto power to block sanctions on Israel for its successive occupations of parts of Palestinian territory, considered illegal by the UN. This practically unconditional US support for Israel is an obvious geopolitical strategy. The problem is that many naive Christians believe this is part of a religious issue.
reply
A agree that's a problem, but it's one of many.
reply
Exactly, there are several problems. Israel even finances weapons to third parties that the US, for political reasons, cannot directly support.
