I've never actually seen any of these. I kind of fell off with horror movies back in high school but I think of all of these, I am most haunted by the premise of Saw just because of how demented it is.
Have you watched all releases of Saw? I would say it is one of the most scary and thrilling movies of all time. A few scenes are so brutal that I had to shut my eyes.
The Grudge (original Japanese version). I basically stopped watching horror movies after that one.
Exactly the same scenario for me. Scared the absolute bejesus out of me and I haven’t really watched horror movies since.
Haha! Japanese horror movies are fire. I would say you should watch horror movies the thrill and excitement are totally worth it lol.

Evil Dead (1981) is a landmark film for me. I watched it when I was just a kid and I had a screaming nightmare about the woman's funeral scene

Yes I'm comfortable. That clown character is scary, but damn evil. I've watched both the releases of it. Thanks for mentioning it.
